Stephen "tWitch" Boss' death cause revealed.

The official cause of death for Stephen "tWitch" Boss has been ruled to be a gunshot to the head, which he used to kill himself.

The medical examiner for Los Angeles County said that there were "no signs of foul play," so the case has been closed.

Page Six reported earlier that the 40-year-old dancer was found in the bathroom of his motel room at the Oak Tree Inn in Encino, California, on Tuesday.

The motel was only a 14-minute walk from his home.

Around 11:20 a.m. local time, the motel called the West Valley Division and asked for help.

Boss did not seem "visibly" upset when he arrived the night before with just a small overnight bag

Allison Holker, Boss's wife, called the police the next morning when she saw that he had left their house without his car, which was not like him

After hearing about his sad death, Boss's closest friends and family, including his wife, talked about how positive he was, even though he was going through a lot himself.

Holker told People, "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to tell you that my husband Stephen has left us."

"Stephen made every room brighter when he walked in. He cared most about his family, friends, and community.

Boss and Holker had three children together: Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3. Before his tragic death, they were planning to have more children.
