The sister of Kim Jong Un has criticized the president of South Korea as a “idiot” and warned that Seoul is a “target.”

Kim made these comments in response to a statement made by Seoul’s foreign ministry earlier this week, in which it was stated that Seoul would consider imposing additional sanctions on the North
