Nearly 50 years after the legendary martial artist’s death in Hong Kong in the summer of 1973 at the age of 32, doctors are claiming the same thing.

determined that Bruce is more likely to have passed away from hyponatraemia.

“In other words, we propose that Bruce Lee was murdered by the kidney’s inability to excrete extra water,” a group of scientists wrote in the Clinical Kidney Journal.

The inability to excrete enough water to sustain water homeostasis, which is primarily a tubular function, is our theory as to why Bruce Lee passed away.
