After being hurt in a shooting at an LGBTQ club in Colorado Springs, a woman who was out for a night of dancing with her brother was left with 13 bullet holes in her body,

Charlene Slaugh, 35, and her brother James Slaugh were about to leave Club Q on Saturday night when a gunman opened fire, killing five people and injuring 25 others.

At least one bullet struck Charlene’s abdomen, and she also had a collapsed lung

she underwent surgery and is currently healing.

James, her brother, was wounded in the shoulder, and surgery was scheduled for Sunday night.

Anderson Lee Aldrich, 22, was named as the shooter’s suspect on Sunday by Colorado Springs police
